(€0.10/Kwh) Five minutes from the A-8 highway exit and 3 km from the capital of the Council, Luarca. All electric and fireplace. WiFi, 1Gb Ethernet, Television. More than six beaches on the coast. It is rented by the week preferably. We only rent to guests with a photo and personal ID recognized by Airbnb. Two bars/restaurants 5 minutes away.

The house is ideal for couples, families with children, small groups, as it has a private patio and the environment is very quiet and safe. There are also areas for walking, nature hikes, fishing, cycling, etc. The location is perfect for going to the sea or the mountains in a minimum time.
