Newly installed gas fireplace in 2022 will keep extra warmth and heat through cool evenings. As mentioned below, wifi is weak on a phone , good on a tablet. But it’s a spot to not be on devices. This newly built garden suite is directly across the road from an ocean passage which is frequented by marine wildlife such as killer, humpback and minke whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters and bald eagles. It has a wrap around deck, private entrances, outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, jacuzzi and koi pond. The interior has custom sequoia counters, stairs and shelving with cedar walls, fir trim and oak cabinetry, two skylights, full kitchen, bathroom and California king size bed in the loft.
