The apartment is 45 m² and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious room with a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, a fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, and a private hot tub, creating a cosy and functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery and basic condiments. The apartment has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning and a hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. The stay includes a free private parking space. Guests also have access to the complex's common areas, shared with the other seven apartments: an outdoor pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings during their stay.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
