Schloss Arenfels liegt mitten in den Weinbergen. Der Wald, die Weinberge und der Rhein laden zum spazieren und wandern ein. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nach Bonn und Koblenz sind es mit dem Auto 30 Minuten. Aber auch mit der Bahn kommt man halbstündig sowohl nach Köln/Bonn, und nach Koblenz.
