Modern house with sea-view on Atlantic Road

Modern and well-equipped holiday home on beautiful Averøya is rented. The house has sea views and is close to the popular Atlantic Road. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Cozy house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own dock and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor Sauna . Plenty of equipment that can be used as bicycles, pizza oven in the bullpen, a fire pit by the sea, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you might need. Short distance to Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here is the peace and good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16 ft with 25 hp and the other is a 17ft Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See photos

The villa has a large sunny terrace with partial roof top. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for twelve people, sofa group, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, bathroom with shower, laundry room with extra toilet and sink. Washer and dryer as well as iron and tray. Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several outdoor areas/terrace, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor Jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35 m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine ,living room with satellite TV, bedroom with 4 beds and a terrace overlooking passing cruise ships.
