Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, upper bed 140cm and lower 120cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming piers and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.
