Tramvajová zastávka je hned u domu. V přízemí domu se nachází obchod s potravinami. Byt disponuje ložnicí s manželskou postelí, kuchyní vybavenou veškerými spotřebiči, koupelnou, prostornou terasou s posezením. Jedná se o slunný byt, který disponuje klimatizací, sušičkou a také podzemním garážovým stáním.
