Ofrece espacio para hasta 6 Personas, se encuentra en el casco antiguo, pero un poco mas al exterior, lo que permite poder aparcar cerca de la vivienda y poder ir a pie al centro y los sitios de interes cultural. Se trata de una vivienda antigua, pero reformada y esta totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia perfecta. Lo que hace especial la casa es una habitacion cueva y un salon de juego para niños

Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
