The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

The side apartment is part of an Edwardian house converted into to 2 contemporary style apartments. Ample road parking. Park opposite includes a running track and tennis court. A comfortable 20min walk into Bournemouth town centre and beach. Public transport, local eateries and supermarkets a short walk away.

Newly renovated large flat

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Purpose built self contained studio flat to sleep two persons comfortably. Modern kitchen and bathroom with rain drop shower. Pop up table and stools for dining, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. Located very centrally with a Co-op at end of the road with a bus stop going direct to town center perfect transport links, adjacent to heath and forest area, lots of parking and space. New paint and refresh as of Dec 2024

The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
