“The Studio Behind the House With The Yellow Door” is a well-established AIRBNB in Castlemaine. It is a complete self-contained guest house; open plan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom/toilet with shower. Stylishly designed and decorated. Light and airy, yet very private. We don't list "breakfast provided," but we do add bread and milk (gluten and dairy free if requested) and lots of other things to make a light breakfast. Union House is a unique part of Castlemaine's history. Built in the early 1860's in the central area of the town, it is a minutes walk from all the town's attractions- the galleries, restaurants, hotels, theatre, boutiques, supermarket, and easy walking distance to the gardens, regional parks, railway station, and the Woollen Mill complex. The cottage has been recently renovated to amalgamate its historic features with contemporary comforts and luxurious appointments.
