Agréable T2 indépendant cosy et situé entre campagne et mer. Logement récent de 38 m2 mis à la location en 2022. Parfaitement équipé profitez d'un logement reposant. Logement non fumeur. Il est situé dans un village où vous y trouverez un traiteur, une boulangerie, un bar tabac et 2 pizzérias. Dans le village de La Jarrie à seulement 3 kms tous les commerces de proximité seront à votre disposition (superette API 24/24 Intermarché, Pharmacie, docteurs, station essence ...)

New accommodation with all the comforts to spend a few quiet days. A first terrace to enjoy the first rays of the sun and breakfast. A second one not overlooked, facing southwest so you can enjoy the sun until it sets. The house is completely independent with its own private entrance.
