The balconied house has a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and a beautiful living room. In the outdoor area, there is a barbecue, a wood-burning stove and a large integrated gourmet lounge. There are also lakes, a soccer field and a large green area rich in plants and flowers for meditation and relaxation.

The backyard is rural, with pastures, oxen, toucans, mountains and silence, a beautiful view! In addition to the master suite, the loft has 2 niches with single beds and a full bathroom! Monteiro is cozy, a charming little town with bakeries, a pay-per-weight restaurant, an ice cream shop and a supermarket. Waterfalls, rivers, hiking trails, and beautiful mountains. We accept small dogs.

We had a registration renewal, so the badge has not yet reappeared on our profile ;) Casa da Sede do Polana was built in 2000 by the project of architect Mauro Munhoz and is a wooden, stone and glass structure with large rooms and unique sophistication. Ideal place to create and celebrate the most special memories. We don't have fences to prevent pets from escaping. We stayed in the municipality of Campos do Jordão.
