Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Beautiful view for this apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Downtown 200 m away Skating rink, bowling alley 50 m, the latter has: washing machine, dryer, equipped kitchen including microwave oven, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Sanseo coffee maker, raclette machine.
