The villa is located in the Patong area, directly opposite Patong Beach. It is a 5-minute walk to 7-11 and restaurants. By motorbike or dudu, it is a 5-minute trip to Jungceylon Mall and an 8-minute trip to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has three floors and a total area of about 750 square metres. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture.
