This country house, 30 minutes from Auch and Marciac, is everything you'd expect from an 18th century farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style. Modern volumes cleverly articulated in an old building renovated to measure, improbable circulation tricks, games of lines and perspectives, and of course a certain sense of taste... For 10/12 people, it offers a swimming pool overlooking the Gascon valleys, a private padel court, pétanque, a kitchen with indoor grills and several shaded dining areas.

Our character cottage is located 100 m from the center of one of the most beautiful villages in Gers, which will seduce you with its cultural and musical dynamism, its medieval history around the fortified church of the 15th century and its many leisure sites nearby. In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

It is an independent accommodation with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person (width 90cm), dining area, kitchenette and bathroom located in the Gers and in the countryside. You will be in absolute calm in a property of several hectares with centuries-old oaks, chickens and 2 ponies, a permaculture vegetable garden and a view of the Pyrenees. You will enjoy a private terrace and the pool-house of the pool (open from June to mid September) - shared with another gite - to relax .
