We are located under the Trebeshina Range -Footer-Nemçka 8 km from the center of Permet and 6 km from the thermal waters of Makes and the canyon of Lengarica, we are 500m away from the Vjosa River, this landscape makes it memorable and unique to the stay with us, as well as the mountain next to the inn, surrounding trees, traditional cooking, traditional glass where each guest is served by the owners of the house, as well as seasonal vegetables planted in the backyard around the house, this makes us special and distinct from others.

The villa is located at the top of the village. In the northern part, you can partially see Mali i Nemercke. In the southern part you can see the Vjosa valley. In the western part you can see many hills and fields, as you can see in the eastern part. The villa is surrounded by many trees and flowers. During the summer you can feel the aroma of flowers and the different noises of the friendly animals of the village. It is a place for a family that seeks peace, relaxation, and barbecue with wine .
