The apartment is located at top floor of "Torresol" with fantastic views of the sea, the mountains and Plaza Cangrejo. Comfortable beds, cooling and heating, Internet 300 Mb, 55" smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Access to a large lovely pool with tropical garden as well as a large communal roof terrace. The house has a lift!

Wonderful beachfront apartment with spectacular ocean views. Located in the Las Gondolas development, one of the best in the area. It has two swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis, basketball court, petanque, ping-pong, children's play area and 2 restaurants. The apartment has WIFI and cold/heat air conditioning and is a few minutes walk from supermarkets and bars. It has all the comforts to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.

Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best is its location in the center of town with the beach just a few meters away, ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all the services very close. If you don't want to use the car you don't need it as there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you might need next door.
