Fantastically charming house built in 1890 in the middle of the picturesque west coast pearl Mollösund! The fishing village is one of Sweden's oldest, dating back to the 16th century. The house is located in the middle of the old part of the village, between the church and Mollösunds Wärdshus, a stone's throw from the harbor and only a few minutes' walk from several lovely swimming areas. Just around the corner there is an ice cream parlor, barbecue, several restaurants, fish shops, etc. Welcome to a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays!

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

At the westernmost point of Tjörn's coastline, you are welcomed to a quiet and family-friendly accommodation near the idyllic Kyrkesund with nice swimming just a short walk away. Via your own staircase, you reach a magical plateau at the back with sea views and the Pater Noster lighthouse on the horizon. Hiking trails just outside, boules court and playground nearby. Modern, tasteful and cozy house with private, sheltered plot and large terraces with sun all day. Pilan's well-known sculpture park is a stone's throw away.

In front of the house, there is a large lawn that can be used for play and other activities. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, and there's a kayak in the bay that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fishmonger's and a restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's natural landscape is diverse, with the open sea and cliffs to the west and small farms and woodland in the centre.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Cozy semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången (Electric car charger)

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.

A fully equipped house on the idyllic island of Lyr, just 50 minutes north of Gothenburg. Stay close to the sea, peaceful coves, and beautiful nature. A boathouse with a large jetty (shared with another house) is included, just a 2–3 minute walk from the house. The island offers the Bryggvingen restaurant, a fish shop, and mini golf. A free car ferry runs every 30 minutes. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or dock by boat at your own jetty, which is included in the rent. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. One staircase down is the jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with sleeping alcove, a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
