For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The location is rural but only 200 meters to highway 42 between Vårgårda and Borås. Country shop 4 km away and 5 km to the swimming area. Close to forest walks. Quiet location. 9 km to Vårgårda center with shops, restaurants, swimming pool and second hand shop "Hjulet". Sleeps 5, 3 of which are in the sleeping loft. Underfloor heating and most amenities are available. From the kitchen you can go out on a terrace overlooking the fields. Key in cabinet with code lock. The landlords live nearby.

The Wedge: a forest oasis - close to lake and castle

The Wedge is a 40 sqm tiny house for two, designed by award-winning architect Gonzalo Iturriaga. Nestled in a pine forest near Torpanäset Nature Reserve, it blends comfort, design, and sustainability. Explore forest trails, swim in the lake, or rent a boat. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of nature where you are not disturbed by traffic or neighbors. The forest is right around the corner where there are good opportunities to walk and pick mushrooms and berries. Proximity to several lakes where you can swim and fish (3-5 km) Take the opportunity to enjoy a lovely spa or sauna. Possibility to use charcoal grill and barbecue area outdoors. No smoking indoors is allowed. Cleaning is included in the rent.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Relax in this peaceful, unique accommodation by the lake, only 15 meters from a private beach and jetty. Access to canoe and rowboat, good fishing waters! The property is very private, 5300 sqm to use. The sun is out over the lake all day and all evening. Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation. A small house with morning sun that extends to the afternoon. 300 meters to the swimming lake, 20 minutes to Borås. You are responsible for cleaning, bed linens and towels are included or rented at a cost of SEK 200 per person. This is paid in cash on site to the landlord. Pet-free and smoke-free accommodation. Apartment on small Västgötagård

Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep in the barn. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
