Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, which is quietly and secludedly located behind the main house on the farm. You will be staying in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 metres away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to get out and move around, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, longer rides around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy nature.

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Unique maritime accommodation. Here you have the opportunity to stay in a maritime museum right next to Vänern's beach with its own patio and swimming facilities just a few meters from the property. Larger sandy beach is about 200 meters away. Fantastic views of the inlet to Kristinehamn. Boat ramp just below the house. Walking distance along Vålösundet to several restaurants and cafés. Hit kommer du som gillar naturen och den direkta närheten till sjöns möjligheter med alltifrån bad till fiske. Boendet lämpar sig också för dig som vill övernatta på väg till ditt resmål. Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning

Simple overnight on idyllic lake

Freshly renovated guest cabin on our idyllic property overlooking lake Gapern. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

Log Cabin Forest Retreat

🌲🌳 Kick back and relax in this sweet little log cabin in the Swedish forest. 🌲🌳 Nice and secluded, yet close to Karlstad that is 28 km away (25 minutes by car). Ängsbacka Course & Festival Center is 7.8 km (8 minutes by car) from the cabin. Molkom town center is 8.5 km (10 minutes by car) from the cabin. 🚘 If you want to travel by public transport you have a lovely 2 km walk to the bus stop, Norum. You can choose between bus 300, 400 and 410. 🚍

Summer accommodation on a farm with 100 meters to swimming and boat.

Apartment on two floors in a rural setting. It is 100 meters to the beach with a swimming area and rowboat. Life jacket and fishing rod are available. The outdoor toilet is shared with other guests. NOTE! No bathroom but close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cold water in the tap. Blankets and pillows are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 75/bed. The double bed is 140 cm wide, the other beds between 90-120 cm wide.

Dream cottage by the river!

"Bullerbyboende" with fantastic river views! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage close to the river. The house is completely renovated in the old style with its own charm. There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Modern stuga with lake view, surrounded by nature

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

Cozy cottage with a fireplace and nice garden

A sacred space used for yoga classes and gong/crystal bowl baths. There is a cozy wood stove and sleeping loft for two people. It also has a veranda for coffee under the trees. It is a short two minute walk to the lake and the center of Molkom Village. It is also close to the Angsbacka Festival and Course Center with all its events.
