Loft for couple located between two postcards of Floripa. A few meters from Mole Beach and views of Lagoa da Conceição, the cozy environment, offers equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, airfryer, sandwich maker, kettle and utensils) and mini barbecue for best view of the east of the island. The apartment is located inside a secure condominium and family environment, in front of Mole Beach between Joaquina beach, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. It is not allowed to give parties 😉

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place (Centrinho da Lagoa da Conceição). Small apartment (48m²), simple, but well equipped, ventilated and quiet. Located on a quiet street 600 meters from Lagoa, close to cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars. The kitchen is fully equipped. Balcony with barbecue. Parking space in the building's garage. We are 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Joaquina and Mole. IMPORTANT: we do not accept pets (condominium rules)

Simple and charming, ideal for individual travelers seeking peace and contact with nature. The studio has a bedroom/living room, bathroom, small kitchen and fast internet for those working remotely. The space has 4 studios sharing the outdoor area, with garden and deck, a pleasant place to sunbathe and relax! The beach is a 5min walk, passing by a preserved Atlantic forest trail, with little monkeys to accompany you on the way if you’re lucky! Diverse local shops at 10min walk.

The Atelier, Hideaway Estate

The atelier was built as an artist's studio, in an open loft style, light and airy. It is nestled in amongst the trees at eye level with the birds It is truly a magnificent stand and i feel very proud to show it to guests as it looks so much more beautiful than in the photos. Guests have told me about the magic of the lake at night especially during a full moon when it becomes like a mirror reflected right back into the atelier. For nature lovers, it is truly paradise.
