This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

Quick drive to local ski mountains, PGA Golf Course, hiking trails, the Canadian border, and area lakes & rivers. Plenty of off street parking for any size vehicles including trucks and trailers. Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.
