Open concept floor plan for entertaining family and friends. Keyless entry for a stress free check-in. Modern and clean with lots of natural light. Newly remodeled with quarts counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Please be advised if you are booking for a friend. We don’t accept third party bookings. This is grounds for immediate cancellation with no refund. Only a short 10 minute walk to the river. The best place to stay in Bullhead City (Tri-Stare area). Internet Speed: 350MPS

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. This Great River Home is situated one row back from the River, in the upscale Palo Verde Neighborhood. Our Neighborhood has a private Boat Ramp & Private Beach (Great for kids) . Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer.
