In addition, the home sits at 7,600 feet in elevation on the La Sal Mountain Range with views of 6 mountain peaks. Downtown Moab and its restaurants and cafes can be found within 18 miles, while Canyonlands and Arches national parks are just short drives away!

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. This Condo is set up with 2 queen beds, both with pillow-top mattresses, and a pull out sofa/sleeper. Condo has WiFi, TV's in every room, Cable TV, Barbecue Grill, and a garage to secure your toys while in Moab. Condo includes a Washer and Dryer, and everything else you may need to make your stay more comfortable.

The Casita has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, couches to hang on, TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating on our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Overflow parking for trailers is across the street. Well behaved dogs ok!

This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab.
