This is a single unit room in an old house on Irabu Island that has been renovated, where you can relax with your family. Nakajima Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling, Sunset Beach, which has beautiful sunsets, and the famous Blue Turtle Cafe are all within a 3-10 minute drive. It also has excellent access to tourist spots on Irabu Island. It is also within walking distance to the beach at the ferry. It is conveniently located about 2-300 meters away from a supermarket and a fried chicken shop. Open the large glass door in the kitchen to connect to the wooden deck in the garden, where you can enjoy breakfast, tea, and barbecues. We also grow vegetables in the field adjacent to the garden, where you can have a family harvesting experience and enjoy cooking with the harvested vegetables. Island bananas are also grown in the garden, so you can feel the Okinawan (tropical) vibe, and if the timing is right, you can also taste the slightly sour island bananas. For families with small children, we have a children's pool on the deck so they can fully enjoy themselves in the water. Experience the healing of tropical plants and the island time. Modernly renovated all facilities while retaining the charm of traditional architecture such as the Ryukyu red tile roofs and beams.There is also a water softener and plenty of amenities, so you can stay with peace of mind and comfort while staying in an old private house. There is also a 5-meter-long private pool, and you can relax by the pool with a view of the blue sky and the Gajumaru trees. It is only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there is also a large park nearby, so walking and jogging is also good. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (can be changed into 3 rooms with partitions). Room 1 has 1 bed and a folding bed in the closet. Room 2 and Room 3 can be easily separated by a partition door. Each room has one bed. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living space on the second floor. In the kitchen, you can enjoy cooking with fresh local ingredients, and spending time with family and friends while watching the bay view will be a special travel memory. The living room has a 75-inch Google TV, and you can relax on the spacious sofa and daybed. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can relax. Enjoy your stay in this luxurious new home by the bay. *Note* The railing on the veranda is currently as shown in the photo, but the gap is large, so we have installed frosted glass to prevent falls.
