And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. Located an 11-minute walk from Kawagoe Station East Exit or 5 minutes from Hon-Kawagoe Station East Exit, our property is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores. The 1st and 2nd floors are rented separately; please check each listing for details. We have taken measures to reduce noise from the 2nd floor, but as the building is wooden, complete soundproofing is not possible. If noise is a concern, we recommend booking the 2nd floor.
