Spend a relaxing time with friends around the Irori fireplace. You can enjoy the Goemon bath, kamado, and old-fashioned slow life while feeling the season with the wind and sky patterns (there is a cassette stove, IH heater, and shower). You can also cook with a wood stove and BBQ outdoors. 　10 minutes by car from Izumo City Station. Izumo Taisha is 25 minutes away. There is also a hot spring nearby. The 20 tatami mat Japanese-style room is a private bedroom, and the kitchen and toilet are shared. There is a design office in the warehouse, and I work from 8:30 am to 6 pm on weekdays. You can also use the thatched cottage with a good view. 　There is also air conditioning, but in the summer, if you open the veranda and hang a mosquito net, the summer night breeze will invite you to sleep comfortably. From spring to autumn, you can hear the nostalgic sounds of frogs, cicadas, and bell crickets. 　If you are unfamiliar with charcoal or fire, I can help you if the timing is right. Firewood is free, but please bring your own BBQ charcoal if you use the sunken hearth. It is 1.6 km to the supermarket and 5 km to Izumo Station. It feels good to walk or jog along the Tanabe-michi Road and Kawato-te in the early morning. Please keep pets on the dirt floor. In July and August, please pick blueberries from the garden.

We renovated a warehouse built during the Meiji era, creating a private space that retains the atmosphere of the time. It is an interesting inn with ingenuity and taste that the owner himself has carefully added. The village where this inn is located, Ishino, is a quiet village with many buildings that were inhabited by the clan during the time when Ishinomiyama was prosperous. Old and magnificent buildings remain, and it has a unique atmosphere that is not a fishing town, despite being on the sea. It is a quaint town sandwiched between the mountains and the sea. There is a 300-year-old house Kodomo Kagura, which has been designated as an intangible cultural property. Located 5 minutes after getting off the Nima/Ishimi Ginzan Interchange on the San'in Expressway, For sightseeing in the area, you can go by car to Ishimi Ginzan in 15 minutes, Onsen-Tsun in 15 minutes, Kotohama in 10 minutes, Nima Sand Museum in 5 minutes, and Sanbe in 40 minutes.

A little further away, you can experience the World Heritage Site of the Iwami Ginzan Ruins, with its charming townscape and surrounding nature that will make you feel like you have traveled back in time. In addition, in a corner of the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine, there is "Onsentsu Onsen", where you can feel the atmosphere and history of the city and nourish your mind and body.

This is a private rental of an old house that has been renovated to suit modern life while retaining the tasteful space of a townhouse built about 80 years ago. Limited to one group per day, so there is no contact with other guests. Enjoy a more elegant and luxurious time than usual while relaxing in Izumo, a folk art town. It is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Izumo City Station, and has good access to Izumo Taisha Shrine, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Cyclists can store their bicycles on the ground floor.
