It has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed base and the other with two single bed bases. 32" Smart TV in each room and 42" in the living room. Modern equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge with freezer). 2 bathrooms (one private). Large grill. Radiators. Bedding, towels, wifi, alarm and automatic gate. Attended by owners.

Small, but with all the amenities and some highlights: bidet, washing machine, dryer and 50" Smart TV. Aesthetic details, landscaping, and other things we're still working on are still missing, but it's fully functional. Modern cabin established in 2023 in a privileged area of the Peralta Ramos forest (10 blocks from the southern beaches by direct access to Diagonal Estados Unidos). Private entrance and carport, large landscaped garden, deck with pergola, grill area, separate room and integrated living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi, alarm, security camera, TV with apps, etc. Fully sunny land surrounded by nature.

A comfortable living area features a gray sofa, complemented by decorative pillows and a small coffee table. Large glass doors reveal a view of the outdoors, allowing natural light to fill the space. A patterned rug adds texture to the floor.
