Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.

La Penates de l'Eyre is located at the entrance to Arcachon Bay. Our accommodation is part of our home, but access is completely independent of our home. We regularly improve our accommodation, so you feel at home, we provide linens and towels. We are located at the crossroads of Bordeaux, Bassin d'Arcachon, the ocean but also the lakes of Sanguinet/Cazaux
