This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard. Located just 6 miles west of Beaver is the small town of Greenville, which is a little piece of paradise. Lily’s Cottage is special in so many ways. The mornings are filled with song birds singing their morning hymn's with plenty of country roads to either take a bike ride or just a quit walk, later enjoy the fire pit that can be used to either BBQ or just enjoy the calmness of the evening. Lily’s cottage is just 25 minutes from eagle point ski resort, and within 10-25 mins of lakes and fishing
