Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. Looking for a nice place to stay close to Jeff City? Spend a few nights in this restored cottage built in 1906! You are sure to be comfortable in this great little hideaway! The cottage has period appropriate furnishings with all the modern amenities! This historic property is located on a quiet street near an elementary school. California is a great location. We are an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Jefferson City and situated halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City right off Highway 50!

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We have 2 kayaks available for rent. 20/day per kayak. Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. Great fishing, poles provided. Open main floor and plenty of comfortable sleeping. Located at the 48.5 MM. Close to Red Fox, Big Dicks and just a boat ride from many others!

The Highland GrainBin, Highland Cows, Firepit

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Cozy Cabin at Water's Edge

This cabin is the perfect place for a family vacation, girls retreat, or lodging for an avid hunter or fisherman. Conveniently located just 3 miles outside the small town of Stover and roughly 30 miles from both Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake, it's the perfect location to relax and unwind. We have no TVs in the cabin, but offer fast and free wifi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held on the property.

Farm House

Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. No TV but do have WIFI. The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
