Taiga Kallioranta – cottage and lakeside sauna

TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open all year round, in the tranquillity of Vääräjärvi, between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful getaway for couples, for remote working or for a creative break. Here, there's no noise from cars or neighbours; instead, you're surrounded by pine trees, a lake, and a rocky shore. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. The highlight of the evening is the sauna, just 10 metres from the beach. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Welcome to enjoy and relax in our cottage in a peaceful setting on the shore of Lake Saimaa. Our Anttola cottage is just a 25-minute drive from Mikkeli's services. The closest grocery store is just a 5-minute drive away in the center of Anttola. If you're looking for a place to stay in the tranquility of nature by the lake, or your interests are camping/hiking, I recommend our cozy cabin for your stay. There is a good road all the way here. Weekly rental from June to August 2027, Mon-Sun. ☀️

Fairy tales on the forest lake

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Beautiful and peaceful Villa Kurkilampi

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish, newly completed villa. Large glazed terrace equipped with furniture and a terrace fireplace. Large dock on a clean lake. Nice home shelter. Good road access and Mikkeli's services nearby. Two electric bikes available free of charge! No neighbors in sight if you also rent this property in our area: airbnb.com/h/aittakurkilampi. Ask! For an additional fee of 150 € you can use the hot tub Linen 15€/person and final cleaning 100€

Tapiontupa

Terraced apartment 3.5 km from the center of Mikkeli, in the Launiala district. 2 km from Prisma, Citymarket and other services. There's a walking path behind the house and a nice playground for the kids. The city's beach is located 800 meters away on the shore of Lake Saimaa. From the beach, you can take a path to go jogging on the fitness trail. In winter, there is a ski trail on the illuminated snowmobile track. The bar is a short walk from the apartment.

Rockhouse is hand-built from local wood. The cabin is a warm cabin equipped with amenities on a rock in the middle of nature and forest animals. The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.

Villa Rautjärvi

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
