Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

"The Echo of the Woods" between Périgord and Lot Valley

Please note: this is a remote rental. Small cottage of about 20m2, in the forest, 50 m below the owners house. No vis-à-vis, surrounded by nature. Kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. An induction plate, "table-top" fridge, small microwave. No washing machine. No TV, but WiFi access, weak signal Private parking 40m from the cottage, on the top of the property. Villa without neigbours in a quiet area in "Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc" on a plot of 5ha with a beautiful view on the black mountain and the valley. It's one of the three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the varietal that makes a delicious, sparkling white wine in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for 1 to 4 people. The views from the salon and terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac features two separate bedrooms. We accept the pets for a small fee.
