A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. Along the path there is a seperate building which houses the toilet and a different building for shower. Treehouse comfortable for two. Fire pit located close to the lake and a trail that goes to the kayak and the raft. Relax on our Bali inspired swing. Sunbath on the wharf SHARED-Two person kayak and raft. Shower disabled in the cold winter mths.

Acadian Home

Enjoy your stay near the Acadian shores in our spacious, breezy, fully renovated historic Acadian home. Originally built in 1837, this home has been brought up to today's expectations for comfort, functionality and environmental sustainability. It sleeps 5. There is also an inflatable air mattress - double and pump and space to accommodate two extra guests. Relax on the back deck and watch the birds and look for deer, or bring your kayaks and launch them right from the back yard. 1km to Nova Scotia famous Mavillette beach. Mavillette river in the back yard is great for swimming and leads right through the wetlands to the Ocean. In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Oliver's Cove Hideaway

A place on the ocean like no other. This mini home is located at 7773 Highway 1, Meteghan, NS and is two stories, with the bedroom upstairs featuring a king bed and it's own walkout balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This property has a stand alone sunroom with its own spectacular balcony and view as well as tv and wifi. New for this year, we've added a hot tub on it's own deck with great views of the ocean from the tub. We offer privacy and yet you'll be close to many amenities.

Star gaze from the hot tub, grab a book and relax the a hammock under the birch trees or take a bike ride(bikes provided) along the Barrington Trail. The property has direct access to the trail which is great for walks, runs, bicycles and atvs. It also connects with the sidewalk in town which leads right to North East Point Beach. *Pet friendly upon request

Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Acadian Home - Sainte Marie Bay

This is an old Acadian Home located along the shores of St. Mary's Bay in Meteghan, NS. The home is all equipped with Kitchen, 1.5 Bath, and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the main bathroom is located downstairs. The 1/2 bathroom (seat & sink) is located upstairs. Guests will occupy the entire house and have access to high speed internet and cable TV. There is no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Great view of St. Mary's Bay.

Modern Belliveau Lake Cottage

Come enjoy the views of beautiful Belliveau Lake in the Acadian community of Clare. This newly built one-level lakeside cottage is perfectly situated for you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Cottage includes 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed. Prior to your arrival we will send you detailed directions as you will travel roughly 8km on maintained dirt roads. We live on the same lake so we won't be far if you need anything.
