Sparkling clean flat in Guildford with parking

Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

A spacious, well presented one bedroom home conveniently located with easy access to the A3 & M25, Guildford town & the University. The property is a very short walk to Sainsbury's, local restaurants and amenities. In the living area, there is a comfy sofa bed and a TV with Wi-Fi internet connection. This studio flat was converted from our garage and is attached to our kitchen, but is totally private/closed off, with its own private entrance! Opposite a green, and Whitmore Common, it has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, storage space, work space with excellent Wi-Fi, TV, and free off street parking. Small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and tiny fridge! Perfect for solo traveller and easy access to Guildford town centre, the A3, and Waterloo by train.
