Access the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing) just steps away & enjoy plenty of space, privacy & beautiful scenery!

The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.

The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
