Restaurée récemment avec des matériaux écologiques, sise au centre d’un terrain paysagé de 2 hectares parcouru par un ruisseau, arbres centenaires, mares aux grenouilles. Idéal pour un séjour reposant et bucolique. Tout près du fameux chemin du halage de la Mayenne, entre Coudray et Daon. Nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclables et équestre à proximité. Châteaux de la Loire à une heure de route.
