Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

From the terrace, you can walk directly into the 47-hectare private woods. 9 x 4 meter swimming pool a few steps away (open in principle from May 1st to November 1st). There is a wood-burning stove (wood included) + electric heating. Wifi from the house, but there is also a good 4G signal. Think "disconnected, back to nature/back to basics", clean air, etc. Skiing possible Le Lioran is 45 min away during January/February/March.
