It is a granny flat in an inhabited apartment building with children and a dog, which can be heard occasionally. The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically).

Just outside Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake. In the lower part of the building there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and hall
