Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A quiet and pleasant area close to nature and swimming. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, two sleeping places to sleep downstairs. Living room with TV, also Netflix. Full working kitchen. Small patio with exit from the kitchen in the north. Balcony with exit from the living room in the south-facing position. Approximately 800 meters to the sea. Approximately 500 meters to an unmanned shop open 5 a.m. - 11 p.m. Approximately 10 km to Grönhögen, where there is an ICA, golf course, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and more.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Built in 2022 with dishwasher, washing machine and fiber. One double bed, 2 80 cm beds, 1 120 cm bed, double bed up in the loft and a junior bed and travel bed. Dining area for many. Barbecue. Wood stove. Picturesque terraced town with acclaimed Carlas café and pool at the campground. Sea view. Nice, quiet sandy beach within walking distance. Bicycles are available to borrow. Close to Grönhögen where there is Ica, café, pizzeria, tennis, paddle tennis and golf. Cleaning is not included

Mysig stuga i hjärtat av världsarvet. Traditionell kringbyggd insynsskyddad tomt. Ölands stora Alvar runt knuten. För dig som gillar lugn och ro och närhet till naturen. Grill och utemöbler finns i trädgården. Affär,Apotek, vårdcentral, restauranger och café ca 15 km Strand: finns flera alternativ på både östra och västra sidan av ön. Du kan vandra ut på Alvaret frånTriberga. För den fågelintresserade finns Triberga Mosse beläget mitt i byn, och Ottenby Fågelstation ligger ca 30 km söderut.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Hus med 1 sovrum, dubbelsäng. Vardagsrum med soffa, matgrupp, TV, öppen spis och 140 cm säng. Kök med frys, kyl, micro och spis. Ventilation och fiber. Altan i västerläge med matgrupp och kvällssol. Toalett i huset. Dusch och tvättmaskin i separat hus bredvid som delas med värden. Stor trädgård med grill. 2,7 km till en lugn stenstrand. 3 km till mataffär. 14 km till golfbana. 200 m till Alvaret. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår vid 1 veckas boende. Städning ingår ej!

Välkommen till ett stillsamt boende omgivet av havet, öppna fält och det stora Alvaret på Södra Öland! Här bor du i ett eget nybyggt gästhus i en gammal kalkstenslada på en kringbyggd ölandsgård. Njut av gårdens havsutsikt, det rika naturlivet och magiska solnedgångar över havet. På gården finns också en vinodling med 100 vinstockar man gärna får besöka. 50 stockar Pinot Noir (planterade 2023) samt 50 stockar Chardonnay (planterade 2025).
