We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!

This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. The architecture has traditional farmhouse characteristics with many charming stone features. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.

This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. The pool is open from 1st April to 31st October.
