Third beach line, next to Mercadona, three bedrooms, two double beds of 150, one of 105. Two bathrooms, living-dining room, powerful WIFI and smartTV, balcony. NO KITCHEN, but living-dining room with large table, refrigerator, microwaves, kettle and basic utensils to eat. Mercadona right at the door of the building with a wide variety of microwave dishes. Below also a lot of bars and cafes. Beach 2 min walk away. Noray Centre/Port 5 min by car or 15 min walk. Unrenovated.

There are many restaurants and cafes in the area to have a drink, etc. Well connected. The apartment consists of: - 2 double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed - 2 bathrooms, one of them a powder room - A separate living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi - A separate kitchen - Central air and electric heater
