Skånes Djurpark is reached by 45 minutes drive. There, Nordic animals such as wolves, bear, lynx and other Nordic animal species live in their natural environment. Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

The calm by the lakes in the woods of Vittsjö

(From November 1, 2025, we change one bedroom to a lounge and only take two guests.) Lovely 50s cottage with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so you have the peace and quiet, but are still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up overlooking beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry sky and the hooping of the owls in the evening.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Guest house with fantastic views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Cottage in the countryside in northern Skåne

Torpet is located near the forest on the outskirts of Visseltofta, a small cozy village with a church and nice playground at the local community center and close to Helge River. Swimming area with beach and jetty is in Vesljunga, 5 km away. There are farm shops in the area. Excursions: moose safari in Markaryd, Brio Lekoseum in Osby, Ikea museum in Älmhult. There are 6 beds, but the house is best suited for 4 adults or a family with children.

The village also has good train and bus connection.
