Ft.) 2 bedroom cabin with a large loft and two porches the length and width of the home, one is screened in and offers a dreamy bed swing and seating for watching tv. It has a private boat dock for your enjoyment, so bring your boat in the summer! Located in Decatur, TN with easy access to the nearby cities of Cleveland, Chattanooga and Knoxville. The outdoor space has been designed with ultimate relaxation in mind. The large 900 square foot outdoor patio features a wood burning fireplace and plenty of outdoor seating, with a large dock at the water. Inside is spacious with a game room in the loft - foosball, air hockey&arcade!

Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water and the outdoors OR a romantic getaway. It is a short drive to great rock climbing at Pocket Wilderness, Hell's Kitchen, or Dogwood Boulders. Lake Chickamauga is seasonal; boats can use the dock mid April - October.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

Enjoy peace and luxury in this modern home overlooking the Tennessee River (Lake Chickamauga section). This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views. Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.
