Cosy, light, stylish, comfortable self-contained garden flat on a quiet street in the popular area of Meersbrook *IMPORTANT: I meet guests in person, latest check-in is 8.30pm as I work early mornings. It’s quiet here, but you might hear us upstairs before school Mon-Fri 7am-8.30am & after school. Alt wknds kids away, or we’re quiet 7pm until 9.30am 😊 Close to the park, cafes, and cool bars, antiques area. 15 mins drive from the Peak District. Easy access to Sheffield town centre.

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

Wild garden retreat: outdoor types and adventurers

These are very unusual spaces and not for the fainthearted. They are Swedish-standard log cabins set at top of long steep garden with own patio, separate entrance, amazing views and walk to main house where kitchen, bathroom and lounge situated. No disabled access and can be slippery in wet weather, best for fit sustainable-living types as near greenhouse, veg-patch with wild berries, soft fruits and lovely garden. Fast internet, desk and lots of privacy.
