Location, tranquility, beauty, uniqueness & great value - about 5 minutes (drive) to town, a few mins walk to Bartlett's oceanfront park & marina (just around its point) and provincial recreation trails! The stunning view here even allows you to whale watch right from your window and likely see eagles, osprey and such hunting in the cove.
