Less than ten minutes to the University and downtown. After your adventures, enjoy a soak in the large hot tub. High-speed internet, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen & smart TV included. The suite is in the daylight basement of our family home in a quiet neighborhood. *a cat lives on property.

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Walk 8 minutes on the trail and explore the University of Montana campus.
