Cozy Cottage on Peacock Farm

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Grassy Valley, East Tennessee

Neatly situated in the foothills of the East Tennessee mountains, half-way between Knoxville and Chattanooga, this house feels away from it all without being away from it all. It rests on 59 acres in the shape of large football stadium, with a valley and pond for recreation, and short drives to whitewater rafting, underground caverns, scenic railroad rides and waterfall trails for mountain hiking and biking. Or simply sit and relax on deck overlooking the valley or around a campfire.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs daily! Full kitchen, grill and fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for.
