Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Cabin on Sweetwater Creek

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.
