Very bright accommodation thanks to a beautiful canopy and a workshop-style door, giving access to a terrace. Pleasant view of the orchard. Close to the village of Matignon (2 km), close to the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (4 km) and at the foot of a greenway (bike path). The first beaches are 5 minutes away. You can visit the Emerald Coast: Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte and stroll along the GR 34. Located 20 minutes from Dinard and 30 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinan.

The "Vélomaritime" is 4km away Beautiful living space for guests, comfortable: bedroom + bathroom (shower and bathtub)+ separate toilet + kitchen/dining area for breakfast, towels, linens provided.
